¿Is there any minimum order to qualify for shipping??

At this time there is no order minimum to submit an order. Orders can be for any amount.

The shipping charge varies according to the items selected and the state of residence to which the order will be sent.

At this time we ship to the entire United States and Puerto Rico.


¿How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days. However, in some remote areas it may take up to 7-10 business hours.


¿Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. You should receive a tracking number through your email and shipping provider.


¿How long should I be receiving my order??

You could be receiving your order in anywhere from 24 hours to five days, depending on your state of residence and the shipping provider.


¿How to place an order?

Press “Marketplace”, there you can see all the products we have. On the left side of the products you will see that you can refine the products by category or price. By clicking on each product you will be able to see the product photo, its description and the price in more detail. There you can select how many of each one you want and “Add to cart”. You will notice that when you add to cart a window will open on the right side of the monitor where you can see the items you have in the cart and the subtotal. You can continue with the purchase or checkout in that window.

When pressing “Complete purchase” You will be able to see a summary of your order before continuing with payment. Press again “Complete purchase”. Enter email, name, shipping address and phone number to contact. Then press Continue Payment.”.

Check that your information is correct and enter your payment method information and billing address. Then press “Pay now”. On the last screen you will have your order confirmation.
