Purchase cancellation
You can cancel your purchase as long as it has not been processed. If it has already been processed, you will need to contact us through info@hechoenpuertoricomarketplace.com to process the cancellation. If the order is delayed more than 24 hours for unidentified reasons, you may request the cancellation of the order without including traffic, accident or other uncontrollable setback.
Returns and Refunds
